Terms of Service

Sessions Pro (“Sessions Pro”, “we”, “us”) is a product of JIKAM NIG LTD, a company registered in Nigeria. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and JIKAM NIG LTD when you access or use the Sessions Pro website, mobile web app, and related services (the “Service”).

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher) to use Sessions Pro. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian is aware of your use.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in method secure.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate another player or create accounts on behalf of someone else without their permission.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, harm other players, or put the Service at risk.

Sessions Pro helps recurring football groups run their weekly games: registering sessions, drafting squads, running the live scoreboard, collecting peer ratings, and generating recaps and stats. Ratings are collected anonymously — raters are never shown to the player being rated.

Session organisers act as the admins of their own group. They control who can join, which players appear in squads, and how ratings and stats are displayed inside their session.

You keep ownership of the content you post to the Service — your name, handle, photo, notes, chat messages, and any images you attach to a game day. By posting content you grant JIKAM NIG LTD a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service (for example, showing your photo on your player card, or your goals on the live scoreboard).

Ratings you give about other players are peer opinions, not statements of fact. Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to access data belonging to other groups you're not a member of.
• Manipulate ratings, stats, or leaderboards, including creating fake accounts to boost yourself or teammates.
• Attack the Service (denial of service, exploiting vulnerabilities, evading rate limits).
• Use the Service to send spam or to harass other players.

Some parts of the Service — recap summaries, one-line insights — are generated by third-party AI models via the Lovable AI Gateway. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. Treat it as a supporting narrative, not a factual record; the live scoreboard, events, and ratings you and your group enter are the source of truth.

We are actively building Sessions Pro. Features may be added, changed, or removed. We aim to keep the Service running smoothly but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You can stop using Sessions Pro and delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially break these Terms. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will remain in effect.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JIKAM NIG LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or NGN 10,000.

You agree to indemnify JIKAM NIG LTD against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

If we make material changes we will update the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, notify you inside the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
